Terms & Conditions of Service

Last updated: September 2026. Please review our comprehensive travel regulations, milestone payment terms, and operational policies governing all holiday bookings.

1. Agreement & Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the traveler ("Client", "Guest", "You") and VyuGo Holidays ("Company", "We", "Us"). By requesting a customized quotation, making an advance payment, or accepting a travel itinerary, you acknowledge and agree to adhere strictly to all terms, supplier tariffs, and operational policies set forth herein.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment Milestone Plans

To ensure seamless reservation of flights, hotels, cruises, and private transfers, VyuGo Holidays operates on a transparent 3-stage milestone structure: • Milestone 1 (Booking Deposit): 25% of the total package cost upon trip confirmation to secure room allotments, vehicle permits, and tour blocks. • Milestone 2 (Second Installment): 50% of the total package cost due 30 days prior to departure date (or 100% of airfare and visa costs once issued). • Milestone 3 (Final Settlement): Remaining balance 25% due 15 days before commencement of travel to release official hotel vouchers, transport passes, and final master travel dossier. Accepted payment modes include RTGS, NEFT, IMPS bank transfers, UPI, Net Banking, and verified Credit/Debit cards. In accordance with Government of India regulations, all outbound international tour bookings are subject to 5% GST and applicable TCS (Tax Collected at Source under RBI LRS guidelines, which is fully adjustable against the traveler’s annual Income Tax Return).

3. Cancellation & Refund Regulations

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to support@vyugoholidays.com. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date of receipt: • 30 Days or more prior to departure: Token processing fee of ₹2,500 per person or 10% of the land package (90% of land package refundable). • 29 to 15 Days prior to departure: 30% retention of total package cost. • 14 to 08 Days prior to departure: 60% retention of total package cost. • Within 07 Days of departure or No-Show: 100% non-refundable. Specific supplier items including non-refundable flight tickets, visa processing fees, luxury cruise cabins, and holiday peak season surcharges are 100% non-refundable once committed. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source account within 7 to 10 banking business days.

4. Passports, Visas & Immigration Discretion

Each traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of return, with a minimum of 2 blank visa pages. While VyuGo Holidays provides professional visa facilitation and document preparation support, the granting, denial, or delay of any visa or entry clearance remains at the sole and unfettered discretion of the respective destination government and immigration authorities.

5. Airlines & Conditions of Carriage

Air travel arrangements are governed strictly by the conditions of carriage of the operating airline. Airlines reserve the right to alter schedules, aircraft types, seat allocations, and terminal gates without prior consultation. VyuGo Holidays monitors flight timings to minimize client disruption but accepts no financial liability for airline-caused delays, weather grounded flights, or missed connections outside our reasonable control.

6. Accommodation & Check-In / Check-Out Policies

Standard international hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 11:00 or 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to hotel room availability and may incur supplemental charges. Room categories, bedding configurations (King/Twin), and smoking/non-smoking requests are subject to hotel confirmation upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

VyuGo Holidays acts solely as an authorized tour organizer and facilitator between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity concessionaires). We shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, property damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or inconvenience arising from acts of God, strikes, war, quarantine, weather conditions, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions (Force Majeure). We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive international travel, medical, and baggage insurance.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including the interpretation, performance, or breach thereof, shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
